Exchange & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping at Padelith. We take great pride in the quality of our sports equipment and gear. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Money-Back Refunds We strictly do not offer cash refunds or money-back options under any circumstances. All sales are final once processed. However, we are happy to assist you with a product exchange in accordance with the terms below.

Exchange Eligibility & Guidelines You may exchange your product for another item of equal or greater value (paying the price difference), subject to the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind / Color Exchange: Exchanges for color, preference, or model changes must be requested within 48 hours of package delivery.

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all courier charges associated with returning the item to us and dispatching the new replacement product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

  • Reporting Window: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirements: To claim a free replacement, contact us via email at neuralineagents@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 300 2209845 with:

    1. Your Order Number (e.g., #1001)

    2. Clear unboxing photos or video evidence showing the defect/damage alongside the shipping label.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once your package has been handed over to the courier service and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, but may be exchanged upon receipt.

Non-Delivery or Returned Packages If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges before the package is re-dispatched.
